I understand that things come up and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled! As a courtesy to my guests I will allow 1 complementary/free late reschedule (within 24 hours of the scheduled service) per appointment. You have until 1 hour before your appointment begins to contact me to move your appointment. The make-up appointment must be booked and take place within the 14 days following your original appointment time. If you do not attend the make-up appointment, or try to late reschedule again, you will be charged my 50% late cancel fee, which must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. Because I have this policy in place, ALL no call + no show appointments will be subject to 100% of the booked service cost. If you wish to avoid this happening to you please contact me as soon as you realize you will not make your appointment.
